Experienced

Our full time inspection business was established in 1987. With more than 30,000 inspections performed throughout Massachusetts, Connecticut and Rhode Island, our company is still going strong!

Ethical

Our home inspections meet or exceed 266 CMR; the Massachusetts Standards of Practice which governs our business. We give you a copy of the Standard of Practice and the definitions from the 266 CMR before we conduct our inspection.

Comprehensive

We perform both Residential and Commercial Property Inspections, Title 5 Septic System Inspections, Wood-Destroying Insect Inspections, plus Radon, Water Quality, Mold and Air Quality Testing. We’re also one of the few companies to offer Expert Witness Consultations.

Personable

We encourage our clients to join our inspectors during their inspection. Doing so provides you with a verbal report which is an invaluable learning experience.

Integrity

Our inspectors are thorough and impartial to ensure an objective inspection. We work for you alone, and the results of our inspection will never be shared without your consent.

Customer Focused

We have a Customer Satisfaction Policy. At the end of the on-site inspection, if you’re not completely satisfied with the inspector's performance no payment is necessary (and no fees will be collected). A written report will not be furnished and all obligations and liabilities will end.

Our friendly and knowledgeable office staff is available Monday through Friday, during business hours, to answer questions and schedule appointments.

Flexible

We offer inspection services 7 days a week, for your convenience, at no additional charge.

Proficient

The delivery of your final inspection report can be expedited by e-mail or fax immediately upon conclusion. We will also mail you a printed copy of the report.
